All information - including customer accounts, transactions, and all correspondence, are handled with strict confidentiality.

Once we have obtained customer's personal information, the authorized staff is permitted to access to that information. The information, however, may be used for the purposes of order processing, delivery service, internal analysis, products promotion or services of Regal Hotels International, its agents, contractors or third party service providers who provide services to our company for the above mentioned purposes.

From time to time, we may send our customers promotion materials regarding our products and news according to the collected information. Customers will be removed from our mailing list upon our receipt of their request either through telephone at (852) 8101 1226 during office hours, email at regalgifts@regalhotel.com or fax at (852) 8102 7616 to our Customer Care Officer.
